Q: Do I need to book an appointment?
A: Yes, you'll need an appointment before coming to us. Even if you only need your dogs nails clipping.
Q: What if my dog is matted?

A: we as groomers have to follow the animal welfare act, we will not cause any unnessasary pain or discomfort to your dog and any matted area will need to be scissored or clipped out we will do all that we can to ensure your fur baby is looking as cute as possible.
Q: What is included in my dogs groom?

A: Your dog will get a bath, blow dry, brush out, ears cleaned, nails trimmed, hygiene and pads clipped
Q: do I need to do anything before my appointment?
A: all we ask is that your dog has had a nice walk before coming to us making sure your dog has done their business.
Q: Do I need to do anything in between appointments?

A: Yes please! Your dog and your groomer will really appreciate it if you could keep up with your dogs coat in between grooms keeping up with the brushing of your dogs especially if they have a longer coat reduces the risk of matting and ensures your dog has a more pleasant grooming experience!
